Challenge #13: an intelligent route planning service for engineers, accounting for time windows and job complexity.

Our team developed a self-contained service for assigning jobs and planning daily routes. It supports duplicate-safe CSV imports, replanning, and explanations for unassigned jobs. Local maps and routing allow the service to operate without external internet access.
